Pakistani heartthrob Fawad Khan who gave blockbuster film Khoobsurat, alongside Sonam, backed out of their second movie Battle for Bittora. Director Rhea is now left to decide between three other actors for the role.
Having worked with the B-Town fashionista before, Fawad didn’t seem too keen on working with the starlet again.
According to Indian Express, that’s because all three: Rhea, Sonam and Fawad were having issues with the dates. “The biggest hurdle was the timelines which couldn’t coincide. Sonam was busy in her own projects. Rhea (Kapoor) is working on another pet project called Saat Hindustani. Amidst all this, even I got involved with some work. Rest everything is all conjecture,” explained the actor.
Therefore out went Fawad and vying for the role now are Saif Ali Khan, Farhan Akhtar and Abhishek Bachchan.
Sonam and Rhea have short listed these three leading men, from who they will choose one who fits the role perfectly.
Battle for Bittora is directed by Shashanka Ghosh, and produced by Rhea Kapoor under the banner of Anil Kapoor’s film production company Anil Kapoor Films Company.
The sisters who had churned out a fairy tale love story in Khoobsurat are planning for a more intense film this time. Apparently, the film will showcase a lot of emotions and a passionate love affair.
